So we built CAMPLYN. A straightforward online shop for outdoor, camping and glamping gear that does what it says on the tin. No gimmicks, no filler, just reliable equipment at honest prices, delivered directly to your door anywhere in the UK.
We are registered as a limited company in England and Wales, with our administrative headquarters based in London. To keep our operations lean and our prices fair, we operate a highly efficient logistics model, meaning our products are shipped directly through our decentralized distribution network.
We sell outdoor gear. Tents, sleeping bags, cookware, lighting, backpacks, portable furniture, glamping accessories — the kind of stuff you need when you want to spend a weekend somewhere that does not have WiFi. We focus on products that are practical, well-made and worth the money.
We are a 100% online business. That means no physical shop, no showroom, and no public warehouse you can pop into at our corporate address. But it also means much lower overheads, which translates directly into better prices for you. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped via carriers like Royal Mail, DPD or Evri, with free delivery on anything over £60.
How We WorkWhen you order from CAMPLYN, your payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Every price on our site is in GBP. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — absolutely no hidden fees.
Delivery takes 4 to 10 business days depending on where you are in the UK. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our distribution center. If something goes wrong — damaged item, wrong product, or you simply changed your mind — you have a 30-day window to return it. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
We are not going to pretend we are perfect. But when things do go wrong, we sort them out. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We do not make grand promises. We let the basics do the talking: clear product descriptions, straightforward pricing, real shipping times, and a returns policy that actually makes sense. If you email us, we reply within 1 to 2 business days.
We are not the biggest outdoor retailer in the UK and we are not trying to be. We would rather be the one you come back to because your last order arrived on time, the product was exactly as described, and nobody gave you the runaround when you had a question.
