2. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways (Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not charge any additional transaction or processing fees beyond the prices displayed at checkout.

2.3 PayPal

We accept PayPal as a primary payment method. You can complete your purchase using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit cards stored in your PayPal account. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement.

2.4 Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

We do not currently accept:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfers or wire transfers
  • Cheques or money orders
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
  • Buy now, pay later services (such as Klarna or Clearpay)

3. Payment Currency

All prices on camplyn.com are displayed and charged in British Pounds (GBP). If you are paying with a card or PayPal account in a different currency, your provider will convert the amount to GBP. CAMPLYN is not responsible for any exchange rates or conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

4. Pricing

All product prices are listed in GBP. CAMPLYN is not currently VAT-registered. The prices displayed on our website are the final prices you pay. Total order cost at checkout includes the product price and shipping costs (if applicable). There are no hidden fees.

5.1 Security Measures

  • Our checkout is PCI DSS compliant.
  • All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption.
  • We use 3D Secure (3DS) for card payments.

We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled securely by Shopify and PayPal using tokenisation.

6. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under our Return and Refund Policy, it will be issued to your original payment method (Card or PayPal) in GBP.

  • Refunds are initiated within 10 business days of our partner facility receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  • For PayPal, funds usually appear in your balance immediately after we process it, though bank-linked refunds may take longer.
