We currently ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Standard shipping costs £5.95 for orders under £60. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days (1–3 business days processing plus 3–7 business days transit). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method in GBP.
To start a return, please email us at support@camplyn.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
