This Return and Refund Policy explains how to return products purchased from camplyn.com and how refunds are processed. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS LOGISTICS: Our registered office at 207 Regent Street, London, serves strictly as our corporate and administrative headquarters. To ensure your return is processed swiftly and securely, all physical returns are handled via our Automated Return Label System and routed directly to our dedicated processing centers. For security, tracking, and compliance purposes, please do not dispatch unauthorized physical returns directly to our administrative office, as they cannot be scanned by our warehouse systems and this will result in severe delays in processing your refund.

2. Your Statutory Cancellation Right (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right and it applies to all orders placed online.

How to exercise this right

Contact us at support@camplyn.com or +44 7520 653448 before the 14-day period expires. You must clearly state that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us via our authorized return process. We will refund the full price of the goods, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

3. Our 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, CAMPLYN offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

3.1 Items Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include all accessories, manuals and inserts
  • Show no signs of use, washing or outdoor activity

3.2 Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear or damage caused by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalised or custom-ordered products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products such as sleeping bag liners or base layers

4. How to Start a Return (Automated Label System)

To guarantee a fast and secure refund, CAMPLYN operates an automated reverse logistics system integrated with local postal services. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization.

Step 1: Request Authorization
Contact us at support@camplyn.com or call +44 7520 653448 with your order number. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include clear photographs.

Step 2: Receive Your Official Return Label
We will reply within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorisation Number (RMA) and your Official Return Label.

Step 3: Dispatch the Item
We utilize a decentralized processing network to handle returns efficiently. The exact, correct physical address of our processing facility is pre-coded and printed directly onto your Return Label. Simply attach the label to your original packaging and drop it off at the designated postal carrier. Items sent outside of this label system cannot be tracked by our warehouse and may not qualify for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged or incorrect items: CAMPLYN covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a pre-paid return label.

Standard returns (change of mind, wrong size): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide an authorized label with the correct processing address, but the postage cost must be covered by you at the carrier drop-off.

There are no restocking fees for any type of authorized return.

6. Refunds Process

6.1 Processing Time

Once our processing center receives and inspects your returned item via the automated label, refunds are issued within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds are strictly issued to your original payment method in GBP (via Shopify Payments, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay). Your refund will be returned to the same method you used to pay.

6.3 Bank Processing

After we process your refund, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6.4 What Is Refunded

Defective, damaged or incorrect items: Full product price, plus the original shipping cost.

Standard returns (change of mind, days 15–30): Full product price. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for defective items or a different size/colour of the same product (subject to availability). Contact us at support@camplyn.com to initiate an exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

8. Defective Products and Warranty

If you receive a defective product, contact us at support@camplyn.com with your order number and photographs of the defect. For confirmed defects, we will arrange free return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund. All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear and tear or misuse).

9. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), which dictates that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. For more information, visit Citizens Advice.

10. Important Notes

Items lost or damaged during return transit may not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend ensuring the item is scanned by the carrier when using our return label. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
