Important Notice Regarding Our Logistics: To offer a wide range of high-quality outdoor products with maximum efficiency, CAMPLYN operates a decentralized distribution network. Please note that our registered office at 207 Regent Street, London, serves strictly as our corporate and administrative headquarters. All orders are dispatched directly from our dedicated distribution centers, ensuring faster processing times. Our London administrative office does not operate as a public retail location or dispatch warehouse.
We currently ship to all physical addresses within the United Kingdom, including England (all regions and counties), Scotland (including Highlands and Islands), Wales (all regions) and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses, international destinations, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or remote offshore islands with restricted carrier access. Your delivery address must be a complete, accurate, physical UK address accessible to delivery carriers.

Shipping days are Monday to Friday. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout on orders of £60.00 or more. No coupon code is required. The order total is calculated after any discounts are applied.
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). The amount shown at checkout is the exact amount you will pay. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from the time payment is confirmed. This processing time is required for our distribution centers to pick, pack, and prepare your items for handover to the carrier. To help ensure prompt processing, orders should be placed by 2:00 PM UK Time on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive email notifications at each stage: an order confirmation immediately after purchase, a processing update when your order enters preparation, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.
The total delivery time is 4–10 business days from order placement to delivery. This timeline breaks down as follows: handling time of 1–3 business days (order verification, quality check, and handover to the carrier at the distribution center) and transit time of 3–7 business days (package in the carrier network, en route to your address).
We partner with trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, UK bank holidays, the Christmas period (24 December – 2 January), Easter holidays and other nationally recognised public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched from the distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, the carrier name, a direct tracking link and an estimated delivery date.
You can track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email, visiting the carrier website with your tracking number, logging into your CAMPLYN account, or contacting us at support@camplyn.com with your order number. Tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Our carriers typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If you are not available, the carrier will leave a delivery card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Packages not collected within the carrier holding period will be returned.
Depending on the carrier and package value, some deliveries may require a signature. You may be able to authorise contactless or safe place delivery (porch, garage, neighbour). If you authorise a safe place, you are responsible for the security of that location. The carrier may take a delivery photo as proof of delivery.
Delayed deliveries: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking information, check with neighbours or building reception, and contact the carrier directly. If still unresolved, contact us at support@camplyn.com within 30 days of your order date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Lost or missing packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check all possible delivery locations, check with household members or neighbours, and review any carrier delivery photos. Contact us within 7 days at support@camplyn.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund if the package cannot be located.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately, do not discard the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours at support@camplyn.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or incomplete orders: If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us immediately at support@camplyn.com with your order number. We will send the correct or missing items at no additional cost and provide a pre-paid return label for any incorrect items.
All prices on camplyn.com are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. No additional customs duties or import fees apply to UK domestic orders.
During peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Boxing Day, January Sales, bank holidays), delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of expected delays on our website and at checkout. Severe weather, carrier strikes, public health emergencies or other events beyond our reasonable control may also affect delivery times. We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.
Because we operate a decentralized distribution network, orders containing more than one item may be dispatched in separate packages from different distribution centers. This ensures your items are dispatched as quickly as possible based on regional inventory availability.
You will receive separate tracking information for each package. You will never be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
To change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@camplyn.com. Changes and cancellations can only be made before the order is processed by the distribution center. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. Please follow our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the item.
Packages may be returned if the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery attempts were unsuccessful, the package was not collected from a carrier depot, or delivery was refused. Please note: Undeliverable packages are routed back to the dispatching processing center via the carrier network, NOT to our London administrative office.
If your package is returned, we will contact you to verify the correct address. If the return was caused by an incorrect address you provided, a reshipment fee of £5.95 applies. If it was caused by our error or a carrier error, we will reship at no additional cost.
All shipments are covered by carrier insurance for loss or damage during transit. You do not need to purchase additional insurance. CAMPLYN is responsible for ensuring your order reaches you safely. If issues occur during shipping, we will resolve them through replacement or refund.
If your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery time of 10 business days, we will investigate immediately, work with the carrier to locate your package, and offer a replacement or full refund. If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may choose between a full refund or a free reshipment.
