Ordering and Purchasing

How do I place an order?

Browse our website at camplyn.com, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your delivery address and payment information. Once you have reviewed your order, click "Complete Purchase" to finalise it. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay (credit and debit cards), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (digital wallets). All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, cash on delivery, cryptocurrency, or buy now pay later services. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect your payment information during transmission. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at support@camplyn.com with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible and you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

Orders must be placed securely through our website at camplyn.com. However, if you need assistance with placing an order online, please contact us at support@camplyn.com or +44 7520 653448 and we will be happy to guide you.


Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or addresses outside the UK. For full details, please read our Shipping Policy.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders under £60: £5.95 standard shipping. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free standard delivery. All prices are in GBP. The prices displayed at checkout are the final prices you pay. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes 1–3 business days for processing and 3–7 business days for transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time on a working day begin processing the same day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched from our distribution network, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information for the latest status. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier network issues. Wait 2 additional business days, and then contact us at support@camplyn.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.

What if my package arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately. Do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours at support@camplyn.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and free from signs of use. For full details, please read our Return and Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at support@camplyn.com with your order number and reason for return. We utilize an Automated Return Label System. We will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorisation Number (RMA) and your Official Return Label. The exact physical address of our processing facility is pre-coded and printed directly onto this label. Do not send items back without first receiving this authorized label.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping at the carrier drop-off. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, CAMPLYN covers the return shipping cost and will provide a pre-paid label. There is no restocking fee for any type of authorized return.

How long does a refund take?

Once our processing facility receives and inspects your return via the automated label, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued strictly to your original payment method in GBP. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What will I be refunded?

Your refund includes the full product price. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, the original shipping cost is also refunded. For standard returns (change of mind, days 15-30), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes. You can request an exchange for a different size or colour of the same item within 30 days of delivery (subject to availability). Contact us at support@camplyn.com to initiate this. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

What if I received a defective product?

Contact us at support@camplyn.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will offer a replacement or full refund. Return shipping for confirmed defective items is completely free and covered by CAMPLYN. All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.


Products and Inventory

Are all products in stock?

We aim to maintain accurate inventory levels across our distribution network. If a product is out of stock, the product page will display an "Out of Stock" label. You can contact us at support@camplyn.com to check availability or to be notified when a product returns.
