CAMPLYN is an online retailer of outdoor, camping and glamping gear. We operate exclusively online at camplyn.com and utilize a highly efficient logistics model. We do not have a physical retail showroom for the public at our London corporate address. All orders are placed through our website and dispatched directly from our dedicated distribution centers to physical addresses within the United Kingdom only.
All prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds (GBP). CAMPLYN is not currently VAT-registered. The prices displayed on our website are the final prices you pay. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. Standard shipping costs £5.95 for orders under £60. Orders of £60 or more qualify for free standard delivery. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay (credit and debit cards), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (digital wallets). We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, cash on delivery, cryptocurrency, or buy now pay later services. All payment processing complies with PCI DSS standards. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.
We currently ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or addresses outside the UK. Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days (1–3 business days processing plus 3–7 business days transit). Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Our shipping carriers include Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centers.

As a consumer purchasing from CAMPLYN, your statutory rights are protected under UK law. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You have the right to a full refund for faulty goods within 30 days of purchase, a repair or replacement within 6 months, and further remedies for up to 6 years.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Security Reminder: We operate an Automated Return Label System. You must contact us first to receive your official Return Label, which will route your package to the correct processing facility. Unauthorized packages sent to our London corporate office will not be processed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our processing center receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method in GBP. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.

All products sold by CAMPLYN come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@camplyn.com with your order number and photographs of the defect.
